Dry Mineral Preparation Instructions
Dry Mineral is preferred by many as it requires no applying of the clay or mud directly to the skin prior to the wrap. The mineral is added to the water where it is absorbed into the bandage wraps and applied to the skin through the wrap process. It is a one step treatment that cleans up easier and is less messy.
Preparation is Easy!
Add 1-2 gallons of water to your heating unit. Note, the amount of water you add will depend on the size of your unit and the number of bandage wraps you are using. Typically will take 2 gallons for a full body wrap with 15-18 wrap bandages.
Add 1-2 cups of Dry Mineral to the water and mix until dissolved. Note that the mineral will make the water murky and there will always be settlement with any mineral. Do not worry about that. The mineral is in the water and will be absorbed into the wraps.
Add your bandage wraps to the water solution and allow to soak while heating the unit to 150 degrees. Wait 30 minutes, then turn down the unit to 120 degrees to begin the wrap process.
